Silver Rock Development, Inc. covers any defects in workmanship and material that we have supplied for a period of one, two, and ten years. Coverage is provided for workmanship and materials on most components during the first year. The first year coverage generally includes items such as siding, stucco, doors and trim, and drywall and paint. Coverage from HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is generally provided for two years. Structural and foundation issues are generally covered for 10 years. Additionally, other warranties for various products are covered by the manufacturer and sub-contractors. More information on our warranty can be found in the SB800 and purchase contract.
