DUO 2.0

Building on the success of DUO in Desert Hot Springs, DUO 2.0 brings SRD's modern duplex concept to another growing Coachella Valley community. The project is envisioned as a thoughtfully designed small-scale multifamily development that blends efficient layouts, contemporary architecture, and comfortable desert living.

With clean lines, desert-appropriate materials, and a focus on privacy, livability, and indoor–outdoor connection, DUO 2.0 continues the design-forward approach established in DHS while introducing a fresh residential experience tailored to the character and lifestyle of Cathedral City.
