DHS7 is a focused infill development in Desert Hot Springs — seven single-story homes, unified by a clear architectural vision.

Designed in collaboration with Bassenian Lagoni, each residence is shaped by simplicity and proportion: clean lines, efficient layouts, and light-filled interiors that extend outward to private yards and mountain views. The architecture is quiet and deliberate, responding to both climate and context.

Located within the Spa District, the project sits near a network of natural hot springs and wellness destinations, just north of Palm Springs.

All seven homes sold out, reflecting a growing demand for design-driven housing in the Coachella Valley.
